Own a Bungalow
Both new and used Bungalows can be purchased with very favourable discounts from the manufacturer’s list prices and can be a significant investment.
New Bungalows are supplied by IRM (link to model specification on the Accommodation page). These are set up with all service facilities and supplied with metal framed, wooden clad verandas, air conditioning, crockery, cutlery, microwave, towels, bedding; everything your will need for your stay. All you need to do is bring your clothing.
There are very few used Bungalows available for sale but these are already supplied to a high standard with all the facilities the new Bungalows have.
All owned Bungalows can be let during the period not occupied by owners and for 20% of the rental fee charged, Land’s Hause Management are prepared to look after all letting and cleansing following each letting period.
If an owned Bungalow is let out to other occupants, insurance against breakages and damage by tenants is available annually at approximately 50 Euros.
