Where is Land’s Hause?
The village is located in a Pine and Eucalyptus forest on the outskirts of Burinhosa which lies about ten miles south of the town of Leira on the Silver Coast in central Portugal. Map.
How do I get to Land’s Hause?
You can choose to fly or travel overland using your own transport. If flying, you should fly to Lisbon Airport where you will be met, by prior arrangement, for a small fee. Alternatively, you can fly to Porto and make the same prior arrangement to be met, however, the journey from Porto is longer and the charges higher.
What happens if my flight is late?
If you have booked a Land’s Hause chauffeur and the chauffeur has your flight number, your car will wait for you. If your flight arrives late in the evening, your chauffeur will instruct the Land’s Hause management to deposit a ‘late arrivals pack’ in your bungalow, the pack contains generous, emergency, food items. In addition to which, the snack bar and bar may still be open.
Is Land’s Hause village easy to find by car?
Land’s Hause is sign-posted from a general radius of eight kilometres and directions to the village are included with your reservations confirmation details.
What is the minimum rental period for a bungalow at Land’s Hause?
The minimum length is seven days.
