Collecting the information from Steve Perkins and his family about the history of the business was a process of waiting, scanning, rewriting and making sure that Steve, his family and his employees were happy with what we produced.

Perkin’s Plasterers are based in Staffordshire and have clients throughout the country which was interesting when we were given the brief of taking, ‘before and after’, photographs.

Taking the photographs for www.perkinsplasterers.co.uk depended on the projects that Steve and his team were involved in; we needed to apply for permission to visit various sites and wear hard hats on occasions. We hope that you enjoy looking at the photographs and the video clips we have taken to date.

We were really grateful to Steve and his staff because they followed the development of www.perkingsplasterers.co.uk on their own computers and we had the most enormous support from the people who were actually involved in the business. Employees of Perkins Plasterer’s literally stopped us in the street to talk about www.perkinsplasterers.co.uk.

Steve and his staff at Perkins Plasterers are pleased with the Web Site that we have designed for them in its current state but they realise that we can add to the Web Site if there are skills, or, methods that they are innovative with in the future. They are particularly pleased with the video clips of the, ‘machine plastering’; this is something that the family and their employees have developed over the last few years.
